Dear mail overload,

Here are some things you can do:

1.) Make sure that you set your mail client to delete messages off the
server when deleted.
2.) Download the messages and Delete all the messages you don't want.
3.) Make sure to remove yourself from the list before you go away next time.
4.) You will sometimes get duplicate messages when the sender hit's "reply
to all" People do this so that that both the original sender + everyone on
the mysql@list get the message.

NOTE:
Some mail clients will allow you to see the headers and delted them without
actually downloading the whole message.
