Anthony:

First, there is no such thing as linux 7.0.  There is such a thing as
linux-2.4.0, and such a thing as several others of that variety.

Secondly, there is such a thing as Red Hat 7.0.  

Lastly, RTFM.

Sorry, but, use of a server OS w/out educating yourself with it's functions is
irresponsible and potentially damaging to the Internet community.

Please read the documentation, and, give more details when/if you get that far.
