PHP does not work after upgrading MySQL to 3.23.32

Hi,

I have just upgraded from MySQL 3.22.32 to 3.23.32. Now PHP3 does
not work. I've tried restarting httpd, but an error appears "file
not found", and httpd fails to start up. HELP!

What am I doing wrong?
