No.

Yes. It's possible, at least in theory, to use the Oracle Transparent
Gateway product to go Oracle -> Gateway -> MyODBC -> MySQL.
I'm involved in a project that's taking that route. I've not been
directly involved yet (waiting for the DBS to setup the link and he's
now waiting for Oracle to resolve some problem). But I will be.
