ucase behaviour :-(
mysql> select ucase('déjà vu');
+------------------+
| ucase('déjà vu') |
+------------------+
| DÉJÀ VU |
+------------------+
1 row in set (0.01 sec)
is there a way to make it answer 'DEJA VU' instead of 'DÉJÀ VU'
