I downloaded version 3.23.35 from the MySQL web-site with the intention of trying out transactions. After installation of binary RPMs from the standard download section, these do not seem to recognise the --dbd-home option, or allow me to create a BDB type table. Should I be looking in another area for binary Linux and Windows versions of MySQL that by default support BDB tables? Or am I doing something wrong?
