Hi,
I have just installed MySQL 3.23.36 and all went well except for one thing:
I have set up a user called mysqlusr which belongs to the group
mysqlgrp. I want to run the mysqld as this user, but am unsure how to. I
was told to change the user in the mysql.server script, in particular the line
mysql_daemon_user=root
but this line did not exist!
I have searched the documentation, but failed to find a solution to
this. If anyone could help me out here, I would be very grateful!
