1st possibility
/usr/include/linux/ and /usr/include/asm/ must be linked to
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/ and /usr/src/linux/include/asm/
2nd possibility
if sigcontext.h really exists, this file is not in /usr/include/bits/
where make is searching for it.
