Sorry, I don't speak any Spanish. Are you asking what programming languages can be used to write programs that access MySQL?
If that's what you mean, I know that you can use Java, php, Perl and C languages at the very least. There are probably several other languages that work with MySQL but I'm not sure where to find a complete list.
