Ideally scripted to create the tables and insert the data. will sql2000 product something similer to a .sql file which can simple be run as a script?

Can someone advise me of the best/easiest way to move an entire DB (Tables and data) from sql2000 (my client) to mySQL (my System)?
I need to advise someone on how I wish the data sent to me.
