How many UNIQUE Columns per table

Please can someone just tell me the details of restrictions on how many maximum no of 
UNIQUE Columns can be there per table
and how many maximum PRIMARY KEY Columns,HOW many maximumum AUTO_INCREMENT Columns can 
be there per table
