That's not an RPM download, but, a tar package.  While it's possible for tar's
to contain virii, it's highly unlikely it's contents would affect your windows
machine.  Got get something that ends in .rpm and try again.

Last I heard, the number for virii capable of infecting an s390 Linux
machine/virtual machine was....  well, -5.  >:)
