Any reason there is no longer a 4.0.22 'standard' for FreeBSD? There is a
4.0.22 'max' for FreeBSD, but not standard.

Also, speaking of FreeBSD, is it not time to start compiling against
something higher than 4.7? Like 4.10? (or 4.9, perhaps).
