mysql cpu and primary memory usages

hello,
 
  version:mysql 4.1.8                                     os:windows XP
 
How can we measure the primary memory used and cpu used by MySQL database and 
related services like query browser etc.We don't want the info.obtained from 
windows task manager .Can we get it from any SQL commands.Are they stored in 
any variables.
