I'm afraid we can't tell you anything with virtually no information given by you. What is a product? Which are the informations you want to hold about a product? How do they relate to each other? What is the purpose of the database? Which sort of informations are people supposed to get out of it? If you answer these questions for yourself, the design should become visible.
