MySQL does not have a built in report generator. I use the commercial
product Crystal Reports as my report generator. It is quite powerful,
buggy in early versions, but they seem to be getting better. Try here

Subject: reports
hello there,
I am currently using MS Access to develop reports and I am looking for a
new avenue to develop these reports. I have been looking into MySql and so
far I am very interested. my question is what are the limitation of MySql
in comparison to MS Access and how does one develop reports in MySql? Does
mySql have a report generator?
Thank you,
