mysqldump? Seriously, what do you expect? A tool which transforms mysql files on disk to mssql files? I don't think this exists and would probably be hardly possible. Perhaps there are tools reading from a (mysql) db and writing to another (mssql) database via a programming language. But conversion of database files? I don't think this exists.
