Restore using mysqldump (MySQL 4.1.12)

Hi, I am trying to restore from an .sql file created by mysqldump.
To restore I am using mysqldump as well.
 
I deleted all of the rows in a table.
When I restore it is still empty.
 
I noticed on my screen that the dump does inserts but the restore does not.
I am using the -c option.
 
Can someone please help?
