Hellou! I have MySQL(charset is utf-8) + PHP 5.0.5. Latvian symbols(auczsnsczikl) not correctly viewed in MySQL Query Browser, but in 'phpmyadmin' its ok. When i use php to viewed data with latvian symbols in IE, then latvian symbols(aui.....) is converted to ? symbols. Please Help!
