you have to specify the right size for:
innodb_log_file_size=14M
in your my.cnf or my.ini.
Please also check from:
C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 4.1\data
how many ib_logfiles you have. If you have more than 2, specify also:
innodb_log_files_in_group=...

Our mysql 4.1 database server on win2000 was uninstalled by mistake, but
reinstalled , caused the follow errors:
