Converting MS-Access to MySQL

Hello MySQL,

We are a company that is considering a change to the MySQL database.

Due to the fact that we got a lot of MS-access databases around here we want
to ask you about the possibilities to converte MS-access databases to mySQL.

I m interested in the bugs that is known ( loosing datatype, relations..ect. )
Is there diferents between Access 2, Access 97 and Access 2000 ?

Concluding : What level of liability can I expect, converting from Access to
mySQL ?
