Subject: Excluding Data from a Query with PHP
Hi
I've got a question on how to exclude a data from a query. Suppose I
have
the following query that is being used in combination with a PHP web
site:
"SELECT * FROM activities WHERE month='$month' AND year='$year'"
Now suppose the activities table looks like this:
ID username month day year
1 myuen Jan 01 2001
2 puffy May 27 2001
3 jlo June 5 2001
How do I modify the above query so it SELECTS everything EXCEPT myuen
(that
is, I want my result to be puffy and jlo).
Thanks,
Kelly
