Hello. Perhaps, you haven't recreated the InnoDB tablespace after moving the database. Recreate the InnoDB table space, or follow recommendations from the error message. About InnoDB table space you can read here: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/innodb-configuration.html
