Sorry pal: It runs on Unix and NetWare.

What version are you using? I assume Windows at least ( if still looking for an .exe :-) ) Then please read this:

Aaah. I missed that. Shows how much I read. I went to mysql.com and did a search for MySQLHotCopy, and it turned up this document. I glanced over it quickly and saw that it was just telling me how to run it, but I didn't catch the "Pearl Script" thing at the very start of the document. I am running Windows XP Pro on my development, and Windows Server 2003 on our actual production machine. While I've got access to Linux here on my development network, I do not on our server. So, I will stick to MySQLDump for the backup then.
