I've dealt with this in terms of Books and Titles. Those two are separate: one title can have many book editions published in it. Also, you can have a book with multiple titles (anthology, for instance). I suppose it is possible for album not to be the same as cd title, particularly if you have old vinyl albums around that you want to sell.
