I recently upgraded from MySql 4.0.x to 5.0.x and now my nightly backups are giving me this error (from mysqlhotcopy).
Cannot open dir '/database/information_schema': No such file or directory at /usr/bin/mysqlhotcopy line 283. I don't know where it's getting that "information_schema" thing. That's definitely NOT in my /database directory.
