Has InnoDb licensing changed to accommodate Oracle?

Has Oracle placed any restrictions on using InnoDb and MySQL now that the 
original MySQL AB license has expired with Heikki??
What is the name of the new MySQL transaction engine and is anyone using 
it? Is it any good?
