I just ran mysql_tzinfo_to_sql on a CentOS (Linux) system, and it complained about the various Riyadh time zones:
Warning: Unable to load '/usr/share/zoneinfo/right/Mideast/Riyadh87' as time zone. Skipping it. Warning: Unable to load '/usr/share/zoneinfo/right/Mideast/Riyadh88' as time zone. Skipping it. Warning: Unable to load '/usr/share/zoneinfo/right/Mideast/Riyadh89' as time zone. Skipping it. etc. Any idea whether or not this is normal?
