I don't know for sure as it will depend on your data and your indices, but with 580 MB of data, 122000 records, and 22 indices, I would expect that your index file should be larger than it is (just 32 MB). I would suggest that perhaps your index file is corrupt and needs to be rebuilt - look at the stage 2 and stage 3 procedures mentioned in the repair page (last URL above).
