Hi,

Try to do that :

GRANT SELECT ON abc.* to 'qa'@'%' identified by 'qa';
flush privileges;

Explain : The user qa have access of all tables of user abc. In this
command, only SELECT is possible is you connect using user qa.

But is shows as "N". Can you please help me.
