Please go to: Start > Run Type in: msconfig
Click the SERVICES tab and check MySQL * if it is listed on there. Is it not already listed as "Automatic" and "Running." (Didn't you already enable this to start when Windows starts up in the previous e-mail steps, by the way?)... And -- MySQL should AUTO START when you load Windows. Is it not automatically starting up?
