Package built with Sun Workshop compiler v5.0.

>Fix:
First problem is that I can't tell WHY it is failing or even
WHAT exactly is failing. (This is a suggestion that the
future self tests be more verbose about WHY they fail.)
Based on some hashing around inside of PostgreSQL, I suspect
that these two self tests are failing because of a known quirk
of Solaris sockets. But, as you already know, I am guessing.
