There is no such type as write-through HEAP table, but you can make
them with your programs. 

Simply have a copy of each HEAP table as MyISAM table and then you can
either :

- send INSERT's , UPDATE's and DELETE's to both 

or

- run a cron job that would periodically create MyISAM tables from
HEAP tables (this is feasible if you have UPS).


SELECT's would go from HEAP tables only.
