Group is a keyword in mysql:

You need to put backticks around it in your statement:

|   FIELDS TERMINATED BY ','
|   LINES STARTING BY '' TERMINATED BY '\n'
|   (Page, Device, `GROUP` , ItemID, Item, Value);
