It is Innodb. but most of our other identical database deployments seem to shutdown immediately, just not this one using the same image...
Since dirty buffers needs to flush out.

Normallyit should not happen. Probably the instance has beenhanging. You
should also check your IM setup
091014 17:07:40    Listener_thread::run(): shutdown requested, exiting...
