Hi Suresh, The error log show the related error as below
InnoDB: File name /dev/sda3 InnoDB: File operation call: 'open'. InnoDB: Cannot continue operation. 100102 1:18:32 [Warning] No argument was provided to --log-bin, and --log-bin-index was not used; so replication may break when this MySQL server acts as a master and has his hostname changed!! Please use '--log-bin=ip-xx-xx-xx-xx-bin' to avoid this problem. 100102 1:18:32 InnoDB: Operating system error number 13 in a file operation. InnoDB: The error means mysqld does not have the access rights to InnoDB: the directory.
