I am setting up master - master replication between two sites that are in separate facilities that are hundreds of miles apart.
The operating systems are Slackware 13, the MySql version is 5.1.41 (will probably upgrade to latest.) I have two questions: 1. Is the data visible during transmission? 2. Is there a way to encrypt the data during transmission? Thanks, Carl
