or if you want all the columns
SELECT * FROM table a, (SELECT ProductID, MAX(OrderDate) as MaxDate FROM
table GROUP BY ProductID) as b WHERE a.ProductID = b.ProductID AND
a.OrderDate = b.MaxDate;
