mysqldump except one table

Dear all,

I am researching about different parameters provided by the *mysqldump* 
utility.
It provides a method to dump databases with all tables.

My problem is I want to dump a database having 30 tables except one 
table i.e i have to dump only 29 tables.

Is this possible ?

Please guide me how to do this.
