The question here, is if Novell mapped drives have the same
behavior of Windows mapped drives. Sorry but I don't have
experience with Novell, however taking a look on Win2k Server,
the client for Novell is mentioned how a gateway and perhaps
is used a layer for the IPX protocol that our code it isn't
able to recognize for mapped drives.
Then in my opinion you need to find literature, how the mapped
drives for Novell are handled by a Win machine and if exist a
way to handle like a Win mapped drive.
