I don't think NuSphere MySQL version supports BDB tables.
If you want to try these out, you should download MySQL-Max from
http://www.mysql.com/downloads/mysql-max-3.23.html
With NuSphere's distribution, you should be able to use GEMINI tables
instead of BDB tables. Have you tried this?
