Hi all,
I use setenv CXX gcc and then ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/mysql. No
problem appear. then I use gnu make to continue the process. It gives
the following error:
Undefined first referenced
symbol in file
__cxa_pure_virtual mysqlbinlog.o
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to mysqlbinlog
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: *** [mysqlbinlog] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/mysql-3.23.40/sql'
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/mysql-3.23.40/sql'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/mysql-3.23.40'
make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2
