access has a module called exportaccesstomysql which will convert the access
DB to 2 text files. One contains a series of SQL statements to create the
various tables in MySQL and also add entries which are in the access DB. If
you have a win-32 version of nysql you can use this to create the DB on the
MySQL server. You may find some problems as the module doesn't set some
values in tables to NOT NULL and MySQL will expect them to be defined as NOT
NULL.
