Hi, we are using mysql 3.23.33 on HPUX11 and every time we reboot the machine, it overwrites the binary log and starts from 001 again. This is only happening on a couple of machines. It doesn't do this if i manually restart mysql, only when the machine is rebooted. On one of the machines, mysql receives signal 10, dies and restarts, this once again only occurs when the machine is rebooted.
