When I run ./scripts/mysql_install_db I get the following error message, any
help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
/usr/local/mysql # ./scripts/mysql_install_db
Preparing db table
Preparing host table
Preparing user table
Preparing func table
Preparing tables_priv table
Preparing columns_priv table
Installing all prepared tables
./scripts/mysql_install_db[292]: 12773 Memory fault(coredump)
Installation of grant tables failed!
