I am looking for a free-ware data-mining package, preferably one that would be somehow geared-up for use with MySQL. I must say, I am more interested in scientific data-mining rather than business applications, so perhaps something too focused on sales etc. won't do. If there is no freeware, what is the best commercial package? Again it's more about scientific (biology) rather than business data. Could anybody help?
