However if your problem is the file size, you can use and test the option to use InnoDB tables, this tables uses table space feature and you put the files in different drive location too: innodb_data_file_path=C:\ibdata\ibdata1:2G;D:\ibdata\ibdata2:2G Now I can't to say for you when the RAID test on Win32 will be made.
