Hi, I know this problem has already been reported (but I don't remember the solution :( ) :
I encounter the following error after installing gcc 3.0.1 and trying to compile MySQL 4.0 : mysqlbinlog.o(.gnu.linkonce.d._ZTV9Log_event+0x14): undefined reference to `__cxa_pure_virtual' mysqlbinlog.o(.gnu.linkonce.d._ZTV9Log_event+0x18): undefined reference to `__cxa_pure_virtual' mysqlbinlog.o(.gnu.linkonce.d._ZTV9Log_event+0x30): undefined reference to `__cxa_pure_virtual' collect2: ld returned 1 exit status gmake[2]: *** [mysqlbinlog] Error 1 What should I do to make MySQL compile ?
