i have a table with and ID column that auto_increment with that 
following content

+----+--------------+------------+------------+
| ID | JokeText     | JokeDate   | AuthorName |
+----+--------------+------------+------------+
|  1 |   what's up? | 2001-11-04 | duraid     |
| 2 |   duraid     | 2001-11-04 | mama       |
|  3 |   why        | 2001-11-04 |            |
+----+--------------+------------+------------+

problem is say i delete ID=2 row i end up with
+----+--------------+------------+------------+
| ID | JokeText     | JokeDate   | AuthorName |
+----+--------------+------------+------------+
|  1 |   what's up? | 2001-11-04 | duraid     |
|  3 |   why        | 2001-11-04 |            |
+----+--------------+------------+------------+


and when add a new row , ID will be 4. how can i reorganize the table 
after deleting a row so that the ID wil remain intatct.
