I recently downloaded both versions of mysql and would like to run both on my computer at once for comparison purposes. My question is can I do this using both winmysqladmin's. It seems that both products attempt to overwrite the my.cnf file in C:\Windows, and I was wondering if there is some sort of command line argument I could use to make them use a different configuration file?
